your thoughts and words shape your life
"The words you speak become the house you live in."
– Hafiz
The things you think and say to yourself have an incredible power over how you experience life. It's like magic - but it's not some trick, it's just the way reality works.
If you spend your days thinking "I'm so old and tired," and saying it out loud over and over again, that's going to become your truth. You'll start moving slowly, feeling drained of energy, acting like an old person. Your outer world will line up with the thoughts and mantras repeating in your head.
On the other hand, if your self-talk is "I'm strong and full of energy," then that's what you'll become. Your body will have more vigor, your mind will be sharper, you'll practically radiate enthusiasm for life. Those empowering words you planted will blossom into your daily experience.
The human mind is very suggestible. Keep telling it you're weak and unmotivated, and it will begin manifesting that into your reality. But feed it positive affirmations of health, dynamism and feeling truly alive, and you'll be astonished at how rapidly your life is transformed.
Words have power – more than you might imagine. Use that power wisely by filling your mind with thoughts and statements that you actually want to experience as your truth. Think, speak and affirm the best, and watch as the best becomes your life.
