trust the timing
Sometimes in spite of our actions, we don’t get the outcomes that we know we deserve. We try tweaking our approaches, we change our methods, we analyze, but still, the success is not in sight. In those situations, instead of feeling disappointed and discouraged we need to keep going no matter what. The only way to that success is by taking action. We may take some time out to relax, recover and reset our mind for better alignment, but we need to understand that taking action is the core behavior that guarantees success and there’s no way around this truth.
We need to have faith that we will achieve the success that we want sooner or later. Sometimes we need to just surrender, let it go and trust the timing of the Universe. There is no way around it. We need to be confident and sure that it’s just a matter of time that we will become debt-free, that our business will start growing, that we will attract a relationship, that we will identify our passion and take charge of our lives. Instead of being desperate and harboring resentment, surrendering is the best strategy in those circumstances. Always remember, surrendering is not a weakness, it’s a strength.
Surrendering and acceptance are the two important qualities that we need on the journey of attracting success. Infinite patience and having faith in our capabilities and the abundance is what will take us forward.
Sometimes things don’t work out and there may be a reason behind it. Obstacles may come our way but they also bring some unseen benefits along with them which we don’t realize at that time. When we focus on the bigger picture and trust that we will be able to connect the dots in the future, then we start believing that things happen for a good reason and for the best. Steve Jobs, in his Stanford commencement speech, beautifully articulated this truth in these words: “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.”
So put in the work, give your best and let the chips fall where they may. Trusting the Universe and its timing may not come easily to you but that’s the mindset and heartset you need to cultivate so that you remain focused and inspired without getting deterred from your path.
