Power lies in the eye of the beholder. For some people, it resides in the outside world, and for others, it lies within the inner realm. Some people feel empowered by external things such as fame, wealth, status, education, and professional achievements. While others look inward and attribute their power to their own self-worth, confidence, and unshakeable belief in themselves and their capabilities. 

While all these things are good to have, you never truly know what hand fate might deal you in the future. Your possessions and achievements might get dissolved in thin air. You might find yourself in a crisis where your confidence and self-assurance get severely threatened. You might lose more than you could ever imagine bringing you back to ground zero and leaving you powerless and helpless.

So, what is the ultimate source of your power? What can truly push you through?

The short answer is: resourcefulness. 

First and foremost, you must have faith in the workings of the Universe and get in touch with the Higher Power and the spark of divinity within you. You must realize that this is just a bend in the road and there’s still much distance to be covered. This will make you solution-focused and equip you with the strength to become resourceful and persist day in and day out as you work towards achieving your desired outcomes.

When you’re a resourceful person, it doesn’t matter what you lack – money, status, property, education, self-confidence, or what have you – you will figure out a way to bridge the gap between who you are and who you eventually desire to be.

The good thing is that resourcefulness isn’t something you’re born with. It’s a muscle you develop over time as you encounter problems and roadblocks on your way. And so, no matter who you are or what you have or don’t have, the best way to enhance your resourcefulness is pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and taking bigger and better challenges. 

When you perceive every obstacle on your path as an opportunity to become more knowledgeable, skillful and wise and take relevant actions that move you forward in the journey, you become unstoppable and unbeatable.
