start listing things you’re grateful for
In these days where media and news constantly bombard us with negativity and stress-inducing stories, one of the best and wisest things that we can do for ourselves is to take out our journals and write down things that we are grateful for. Over the past few years, I have developed the habit of writing five things I’m grateful for every morning, and later on, in the evening time writing three good things that happened during the day before I go to bed.
When you take some time out and start listing the things that you are grateful for, you become conscious and aware of the blessings you already have in your life. And the more feelings of gratitude you feel, the more amazing you feel every day. Your vibrational frequency skyrockets and you start moving through your days with love in your heart, peace in your mind, vitality in your body, and tranquility in your soul. You start loving yourself and your life and become a spreader of joy and positivity wherever you go uplifting other people as well.
And here’s the bonus. When you start living a life like this, amazing things and people start showing up in your life before you even ask.
So, in a nutshell, start cultivating daily gratitude and surrender yourself to the workings of the Universe. Things will start taking a turn for the better in your life.
