making growth a daily habit
Choosing to embark on the journey of personal growth is one of the best decisions we can make in our lives. But it’s incredibly important that we also act on that decision on a consistent basis. As Darren Hardy points out, “Learning without execution is useless… Motivation without action leads to self-delusion.”
We must accept and acknowledge that growth is a gradual process, and hence it’s best to integrate this process in our daily life. In other words, we need to make growing a habit that we perform on a daily basis.
Cultivating a growth mindset plants the seed of hope within us, but making a commitment towards becoming better, and practicing the discipline of growing a little every day helps us strengthen that hope.
When we start growing, we start creating a positive future for ourselves. Every step we take, no matter how small it may be, helps us improve ourselves and the world that we live in. With every step, we make progress towards a better life and fortify hope within us.
Once growth becomes a daily habit, not only do we automate and make this life-changing process sustainable, but incorporating positive changes in ourselves and lives also becomes inevitable.
