laughter obliterates stress
“Ten years from now you’ll laugh at whatever’s stressing you out today. So why not laugh now?”
– Tony Robbins
Laughing is by far the easiest and most fun way to get healthy. As the popular adage goes: “Laughter is the best medicine.” On top of that, it’s free and powerful. Laughing not only triggers healthy physical and emotional changes but it also brings people together.
A major contributor to disorders and manifestation of diseases in today’s society is stress. As children we laugh at silly things and sometimes for no reason at all, but as we grow up and become adults, we lose that inner child in us succumbing to the pressure of everyday life. We get trained by society and our schedules to be stressed and serious rather than approaching our work and our relationships with a fun and relaxed demeanor. Laughing is the best mechanism to get rid of stress and feelings of anxiety and overwhelm in no time.
Laughter is a powerful antidote against pain, conflict and stressful situations. If you feel your anxiety and restlessness are out of balance, a good laugh can help you bring alignment and reboot your body and your mind.
