it’s time for peace, healing and connection
It has been a challenging year for the entire world. And we can’t deny that it has been extremely difficult for the people in the US.
From the COVID-19 deaths to social and political unrest, many big problems have erupted in the country’s landscape. But all these problems are also wonderful opportunities to unite and work together to solve them.
Now that the problems are out in the sun, ignoring them is not an option. It doesn’t matter how insignificant you may think yourself to be in opposition to these monumental issues, the truth is you do have the power to make a difference.
Think of Rosa Parks or Martin Luther King Jr. and remember that one simple courageous act in the favor of humanity can create a ripple effect that can last for ages.
Anger, hate and divisiveness never lead to worthy solutions. To create a better world for ourselves, our children, and the future generations, we must focus on peace, connection and healing and develop a sincere desire for love, truth and kindness to prevail in the world.
Yes, these are tumultuous times both for the US and the world. And that’s why, no matter what happens out in the world in the coming days and weeks, you must resolve to focus on the one and only thing you have absolute power to change: your mind. As Mahatma Gandhi famously said, “You must be the change you want to see in the world.”
As you focus on transparency, accountability and virtuous living, you empower yourself to create the world you want to spend your life in. You encourage kindness, compassion, co-operation, and universal brotherhood that’s much needed right now to truly heal and start a new, exciting chapter in the history of this beautiful world that we all live in.
