cocoon of comfort
Comfort and familiarity make us feel settled and add certainty to our lives. But they also stagnate us, keeping us away from gathering new experiences. We become more risk-averse with time.
In order to grow, we need to challenge ourselves and leave our comfort zone. Without discomfort, there is no growth. Without contrast, there is no clarity.
We need to break our cocoon of comfort so that we can undergo metamorphosis and emerge as a better and beautiful being. As we grow, we develop wings that help us attain and embrace freedom and see this world from a new perspective.
There’s a reason why we have feet, not roots. Breaking and expanding our boundaries is difficult and leads to uncertainty, but doing it is important to elevate our existence and add more flavors to our life.
